I always thought it was funnier if the comic implies that there are white supremacists trolling the internet, looking for websites where their views are accepted, then setting up a community on the website gypsy-style. Vlad going to all that trouble to create the message board's tone isn't as funny as it being an unintended consequence of his redesign to the website's main page, in my opinion.
