DUDE!

Teodor just can't help showing off that he knows what a driver is.

It's second nature.

What's his first nature, I wonder? To have nothing go either right nor wrong for him?

Rejected iMac ad #17

Even using words, periods have their place in emotive content-- Like, I dunno, a hard pause? Thanks for fucking trying, but you still remain asherdan, and that makes it kind of hard for you to not fail.

V-Lame because I am over limit.

Woah there, dasher-man. You wait a year and spin it up when you're out of lames.

Poor. Planning. Fail. Dude.

WELCOME BACK ASSHOLE

I like how the alt text on the strip RIGHT BEFORE this one used periods to the effect of relaying emotion.

Wow, I actually thought you were an urban legend, long since dead, or wandered off to fresh bridges. How does one get more lames, anyhow?

......

I like how onstad just kind of smash cuts from the roof to ray and teodor tied up, and nice pete wrestling with usb drivers.

Also note that the only character in the series who uses a mac is an insane murderer.

I mean talk about a computer which basically has AIDS

Doesn't Ray have a mac (the monitor looks like one)?

Could just as easily be one of those TV PCs like what Sony offers at the moment.

This sounds suspiciously like Pat's irrational hatred of barbers.

Fine. Use S*ny products then. Don't blame me when they break right after the warranty runs out. Don't blame me when they ruin your life.

yes, the browser window containing the motorbike that Ray dragged over the background of Mount Everest looked pretty Macish to me.

Well, it IS very much like Ray to use a computer which is mind-buggeringly expensive and spent all its budget on cultivating a "hip", "businessy" public image.

Also notice how Onstad screws the pooch by having a guy who's in iEEE and can craft a USB killing device not knowing what a driver is.
Only the punchline with Teodor blabbing it is the merest redemption.

Okay. Now on the next panel he's calling the guy who actually built it.
Cropes Forgiveness.

Also I don't think Pete is in iEEE, he just murdered folks from it at random.

Nice Pete would be great for one of those HP Desktop computer commercials. Moving his hands around, showing us the pictures of his murders. Showing us how he uses Microsoft Excel to track the average time it takes a CVS employee to bleed out.

As an HP employee, this is fucking hilarious. Thank you.

You have the power. Make it happen.

Wait... Nice Pete invented the device without even knowing how to create/install a driver?

If he invented it, who wrote the user manual?

Keep reading fellas.

I would be Theodor in this strip- doomed by didacticism.

It is wrong that it took me this long to realise that Téodor's sweater has a "T" on it.

When he's strung up like that in panel 4, Teodor looks an awful lot like one of those born-without-legs people featured in documentaries on TLC.

"The father of modern death" in action.
