Leave it to Roast Beef to picture starting a family with some stripper he meets.

hell, leave it to Roast Beef to notice a stripper's got scoliosis.

I think I would notice that too.

So would you.

Scoliosis is pretty rare, Roast Beef.

It's more common than people think

it's actually more common in the ladies I have it "slightly"

I got the remedy you need baby.

I believe you given your avatar

(it implies that the remedy is suppressed homosexuality)

Golf clap.

Regular clap.

Standing ovation.

Standing ovulation.

ethered

Knackered.

The clap.

Alanis Morisette.

Homer!

Bone...r?

Oh no! I looked scoliosis up on wikipedia and my first thought was that it was... kind of sexy?

heck no that is a hardcore do not want.

You can get a pretty good idea of what madison looks like just from how wide and formless she appears.

Man, I went to high school with a girl that scoliosis and became a stripper, and she used to like me... back before I posted this comment.

I am currently dating an ex-stripper who has scoliosis. The fact that two people who read Achewood know strippers with scoliosis isn't very odd. Scoliosis affects 2% of women and 0.5% of men in the general population. Now you know and knowing is half the battle!

Is your icon from that one Broken Social Scene video?

I am a woman and I have scoliosis, but I am not a stripper. Two out of three!

as am i. so, that 4/6, which is still 2/3. Friggin' simplified fractions.

Did you like me in high school though?

I have mild scoliosis, but am not a woman or a stripper. One out of three. I forget what the goal is here?

I have no scoliosis, I am a man and have never removed my clothes for the entertainment of others.

Seems like I lose whatever the goal is...

You lose at losing.

I...

won?

Correct!

hey me too!

She is not very enthusiastic asking that question.

With gusto.

I love that roast beef thinks a private dance is a slow dance in a hotel room.

I did not even think about that but that is awesome

I can't tell if Beef's trying to mac her or console her.

The lack of puctuation in Madison's dialogue conveys her tone exactly.

Or it means that it's Beef saying it meanwhile thinking what he's thinking

In panel 4???

oh my god i have put the do not disturb sign on the inside of the door someone could come in at any ti-"

"oh my god she has got scoliosis"

With apologies to Jeff Koons.

Oh, right. They're dancing. I can't be the only person who saw that the other way.

Now only that, but if they actually were, Roast Beef's question would have twice the relevance.

Showbiz writes plausible things to say to people to get them to give him money on the backs of his hands.

It is sad because sometimes you are reading what he is saying to you off the back of his hand.

Her lack of punctuation seems like a good start.

Hey, Curvature of the spine is mad sexy. ... or so I tell myself.

Showbiz uses a special bank. It does not have ATMs on most streets.

YES! YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES!
Why can't I give this strip a 10?

That scoliosis thing actually happpened to me.

There could a book made entirely consisting of Roast Beef's freaky mental images. That would be an awesome book.

*terrifying.

Beef reminds me of those dudes who wind up marrying the first girl they sleep with. Then move to a trailer park.

so basically pre-Day-Off Cameron.

one of my good church friends has slight scoliosis. it was from her that i learned of it.

i fancied her for a time but then she got married at eighteen to some gigantic jerk. i suppose it was her bit of teenage acting-out as i don't think she'd done much of that. i thought she had such a brighter future than just marrying young and living out of his parents' basement for the rest of her life in such a small town.

she is a great disappointment to me.

at least she's great though.

oh my god...

I Have Scoliosis!

Certainly one of my all-time favorite alt-texts.
