Like we haven't all had that idea.

Has anyone tried this, by the way? I STILL HOLD OUT DREAMS OF PERPETUAL MOTION DESPITE ALL LOGIC

Dogg it's not perpetual motion if you need two tiny motors to keep the golf balls flying in and out. Those suckers eat electricity.

Quit harshing my mellow, man.

Marshing?

Mallow marsher.

Yes'm.

filthy, filthy human! *waves finger*

Shm. Nsh?

No, see, the motors are powered by the golf ball.

You make the second law of thermodynamics cry.

I wonder what Ben Affleck feels like when he approaches a piece of paper.

like the apes when they approach the monolith in 2001.

that is the perfect response, ever.

SPLUT!

When Ben Affleck approaches a piece of paper his ass is probably hanging out, just like Ray's here.

He just passes the piece of paper to Matt.
Both totally smiling.

You overcame your stoned nature and went totally fucking lucid. For that you receive one chubby.

reminds me of the unveiling of the Segway

The second Matt Damon reference ever.

and the first appearance of ray's full signature, such that it is.

All with wings and whatnot

at least someone made use of teodor's 'todd' logo

First appearance of Ray thinking he's channeling Einstein.

The perfect Matt Damon reference...ever!!

Ray appears to have created an assless suit.

It's only assless when he sits down; the paper moves with the leg instead of stretching. Worthwhile couple of days for me, that.

A comment left by sargasm was marked lame too many times and excluded. (marked lame by Overmedicated, choosebro, stormagnet, Darthemed)

those damn ball returners are ussually more trouble then they are worth, all making you jump everytime they spit out the ball, all erratic and unpredictable in speed and distance

I have a feeling that if there ever is a perpetual motion device, it will be made from something in SkyMall.

The infinity symbol in quotation marks kills me.

I love how every word in the Matt Damon paragraph gets its own individual underline.

In case anyone would ever try to claim this discovery, they will be thwarted by the fact that Ray clearly wrote that he discovered it on the top right.

IT'S SO... IMPORTANT...

i actually drew up a perpetual motion device diagram with a friend while drunk in berlin once

"(><)"
( This is really an infinity sign in AssetSpeak but it is really really a secret, okay? )

This strip reminds me of the time I suddenly knew Japanese: I was watching 'Black Rain' while high, and became amazed when I realised that I could understand what a couple of characters were saying to each other in Japanese. I became increasingly excited as I figured "Wow, six weeks of high school Japanese class has just paid off big time!"
Imagine my disappointment when I realised I could only understand them because I was also reading the subtitles...

I assume the next morning, Ray felt that same way.

Later this forgotten drunken escapade will be subconsciously reawakened in a sober Ray .

The low friction area is completely unnecessary, as the rolling motion of the ball causes it to bypass friction.

Just saying.

Berlin does some strange things to a man.

A rare lapse in the three-horizontal-bar E style.

this is so Five. The degree to which it is a five is above normal. For ME
